Project Spotlight: Granite Falls Retail

The finishing touches on the Granite Falls Retail space have just been completed and the building will be ready for its’ new occupants, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and Talus Spirits & Sustenance, very soon! This new retail strip is located near HWY 370 and 108th Street in Papillion.
Watkins Concrete Block Company supplied all masonry products to the project including: Rockface block (in gray), General Shale Federal Hill Modular brick (in red/shown on front of building and sides), Cloud Ceramics Ash Grey Velour Modular brick (used as an accent), Earthworks Harvest Mixed Full Veneer Natural Stone, and Eldorado Vintage ranch Stratuswood Flats Manufactured Stone (wood-plank look for signage area).
