Event Information:
Belgard University is coming to Omaha! Attendance projections are upwards of 200+ with contractors from Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. The day will feature learning opportunities for all members ranging from owners and designers, to foreman and installers. A trade show will run for the entire day to allow contractors to meet local and national vendors, forge relationships and see new products. A prize raffle will conclude the day with a large offering of prizes and giveaways.
Trade Show Information:
Trade Show booths are available for $1000. This is a prime 10’x10’ space in the heart of the event complete with drapery, 8’ table, chair, and ID signage. Display set up for the Trade Show will be Tuesday, March 20th, from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Set up will not be allowed the day of the event. The Trade Show will run from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Lunch Sponsor – $2500
This sponsorship is for lunch at the event. Sponsor will be recognized by signage at lunch, mentioned on the event agenda, and in the closing remarks for the event.
Name Badge Sponsor – $1000
This sponsorship is for the name badge that will be given to each attendee when they enter the event. Sponsor will have their logo printed on the name badge.
Raffle Card Sponsor – $1000
This sponsorship is for the Trade Show raffle card that will be used by all attendees looking to win big in the prize drawing at the end of the day. Each card will need to be signed by all vendors at the event in order to be entered into the drawing. The sponsor will be recognized by having their logo on the card.
